This video and booklet helped my family tremendously!!!!!! I have two boys ages 12 and 13 years old. I am a military wife of an active duty Army solider who is currently deployed and it is not our family's first deployment. After studying this program and LEARNING BETTER PARENTING SKILLS,I feel that ALL of us have improved coping skills. The key is to follow thru and defuse the anger before it gets out of control. My boys are not violent,however, they are starting to become a challenge and openly defiant. These solutions work!!!!
