I have been a parent for 19 years and most of what I do I learned from my parents and my wife. I have done some reading, but nothing specific to consequences. Proper consequences is more important for teenagers than for small kids. I learned a great deal and will immediately implement that knowledge, skills and practical tips, including the pre-determined consequence list.
