James is expert at explaining difficult concepts in simple language, and that is helpful. The role plays illustrate real-life situations parents experience, providing additional reinforcement and understanding. We have watched the video several times, including with our 13-year-old son. It has been quite helpful in aiding how we design and implement consequences, and helping our son understand his behavior and responsibilities.
