For those of us with limited time (and honestly that is all parents of teens), this tool is invaluable as it pinpoints some of the common battles between parents. The video program quickly and simply shows why our typical reactions to certain situations don't work, and how by taking a new approach to our teens we can turn around and resolve the situation.
