Thank you for creating this DVD/tool that has helped me understand how to effectively communicate accountability and consequences with my child. Armed now with a better understanding of where to draw the lines and what is at stake from a parent and child perspective, our home is becoming less of a battle field and more of a place where mutual respect and love is cultivated.
